Already requested two options and both got declined. They won't be adding more options.
Wow that sucks. I'm hope it's because they couldn't crack them otherwise why pay for this? Especially because now I'm encountering another problem with the updated trainer. It worked once but the second time I launched it, it still thinks the game is running when it isn't. And when I do run the game and press F1 at the main menu it just says failed.
Try either restarting your PC or check task manager to make sure it's not stuck in the backround.

Good thinking. I should have thought of that because it's something I encounter at work from time to time with ghost processes. Unfortunately I had restarted my PC and checking task manager didn't show anything. I was able to resolve the issue by deleting the trainer, emptying my recycle bin to scrub it entirely and then re-download it.
I think I might have broken it by Alt+F4ing out of the game it before.
