"Unlock All Weapons" cheat unlocks all weapons at zero stars which causes them to be extremely weak.

I'm not sure if this is intended or bug.

The one hit kill option still doesn't kill the frogs when I checked with wing diver weapons. Is that intentional?

If frogs are enemies then it's not. If this is a bigger issue for you you would need to send me a savegame + instruction which mission to load etc as I dont play the game myself and I haven't seen any frogs yet and don't have the time to play until I encounter some.

The current "unlock all weapons" gives you the weapons with zero rank mods which is the diffrence between a 12sec reload or a 3sec reload.

I just checked, the frogs show up around mission 15. As for a save file, there's around 4 or 5 files in the directory, so I'm not sure which one you need.

The game makes multiple backups every time the game saves.
\Documents\My Games\EDF5\SAVE_DATA\\BACKUP\
