Has anyone ever had the same issue I'm having, i paid for premium for my account, it's been three days and it hasn't changed to that status; I've sent a "live Chat" support ticket but never heard from anyone within the time frame of 24 hour. I thought live chat would be talking to someone live not a normal support ticket. Anyone have any ideas on why?
