I can confirm that Unlimited Health and Unlimited Sanity doesn't work . I'm playing on Origin but can't find the game version so I can request an update.

I bought the game today from Steam (it's back apparently and maybe they finally sorted out the judicial mess).

Unlimited items not working. Trainer issues each time the error message:

Script error in line 1: cannot find aob for "unlimited_items"

Tested from the main game menu, in game third-person and from within the inventory screen.

All other functions seem to work OK as far as the Steam version goes.

Not sure if the Steam version was updated at any point (maybe before putting it back on the store again?). And since 03-01-2021 (the current and only trainer marked as Steam compatible) is not a version number, I can only give the actual version number of the game executable which is 4.20.1.0

And yes I'm making an update request to be sure...

Sanity and health cheat are still not functional (Origin).

With the whole Nacon/Frogwares issues going on, not even sure which version of the game we have. Does anyone know if the courts have settled this and if all game versions are all the same now?

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

The Steam version is clearly an old one, with all DLC removed - causing old saves to be non-functional. You can imagine that Steam players are not happy, to say the less.

If that is the case the an update request would be required.

Just re-read the entire thread and count each time someone mentions that health and sanity cheats aren't working. They simply never worked.
And most of us are using the Origin version, myself included.

It seems that the version is the correct one, since for me at least the other options are working, but I can confirm that the unlimited items do not work, it would not even load, it would give you the "failed" voice message when you hit the button, instead of "activated" and it shows an error in the trainer itself in red text. Health, sanity and reload do work. I already used the notification system.
