Should be able to find the individual options in a line. Somewhere to the Right of the "RECRUIT" button. It'll be a small row of small icons.
Should have options like "Swap Units" "Disband Units(i.e. the single retinue units). Or if you's like to disband the whole general's retinue. I think it'd be something along the lines of "Recall Retinue"?
