Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Is anyone getting the "Failed" comment said when trying to activate the trainer?

I'm running it as an Admin, along with the game. a/v is disabled. I've alt-tabbed between the game and trainer to try and run it via F1 as well as manually inside the trainer. I've even launched the game from the trainer and STEAM seperately to see if that would do something different.

I am using the newest trainer uploaded today (15 June 2019). Of course STEAM released a patch for the game a short time ago, too. lol

This is what I keep getting though in the trainer's scripts:

15:20:22: Trainer is up to date.
15:22:26: Successfully attached to CookingSim
15:22:28: Symbolhandler: Enumerating symbols...
15:22:28: Symbolhandler: Finished! Time enumerating symbols: 725ms
15:22:31: player, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'originalcode_8136'

It really sucks because I have to play just these point / click games now as I've lost use of my left thumb and some of the fingers. Since getting wounded overseas, I haven't been able to play all the games I used to, without a trainer to help me just enjoy the campaign stories (Call of Duty Modern Warfare Series, Assassin's Creed, heck even Star Trek Online!) All require a two-handed person clicking so many keys and mouse buttons at the same time!!

The trainers on this website really allow me to just play and enjoy the stories a lot! I can go a lot slower, don't need to worry about hitting all the keys at once to avoid the stupid bullet from the NPC you know you killed seconds before, etc.

Cooking Simulator had a LOT of hope for me as I love (well, loved) to cook and this was at least a point-click game I could do with my gimp hand.

Really appreciate all you guys do, @Cheat Happens! I know these things are frustrating for you all. But I wanted to say thanks at least because you do allow me to still de-stress by playing some games again.

If Steam just had an update, do the versions still match - 1.2.3.12987?

And you did the usual following an updated trainer, deleted all files in:

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Be sure this is added to your exclusions: C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

If none of that and/or the versions don't match, probably best to file an Update Notification Report if you haven't already:

The exe file for the game doesn't show a game version. It's a blank field in the properties. Is there another place to look for that information?

I've cleared out all the temporary files and the folders that deal with my trainers and the My Doctument / Cheathappens folder have definitely been excluded.

I'm one of the two reports that were filed. I was just curious if anyone else has the same error.

I always wanted to take the moment to praise CheatHappens for all their hard work. It really does help people like me, a TON!

The version is sometimes listed on the Main menu of the game.

The version numbers are strange. On Steam they show 1.2.3.13045 on June 15 but on June 14 they list 1.2.4.13045. The newer date has the lower number. I don't get that.

Whatever the case, they're both different from the latest trainer version.


Edit: Looks like trainer for 1.2.4.13045 was posted 6-17.

I have no idea. It works fine on my end:
