Alright ladies and gentlemen your wondering whats i'm on about well believe me or not
I played Offline mode with no internet connection and it worked haha
Playing a game with no internet connection would disable anti-cheat system
you also can try pluging and unglugging the connection while in game
0. Launch EFT Launcher 1. Login 2. Start Escape From Tarvok game 3. Setup game with Offline Mode 4. Get in game (when you can walk) and disconnect internet connection 5. Activate Trainer 6. Before you exit or quit the game disable trainer and reconnect internet connection 7. Use one of the exits they have mentioned in the game.

Yeah well I guess it's possible since the offline mode is strictly for practice, you don't loose your loot and you don't gain anything no matter what happens in that session.

Like Kingeli said, the offline mode is pure for practice, everything you do there won't be saved, so there is no point in making a trainer or anything for it.

Maybe instead of PM'ing me about my 2 YEAR OLD POST, you should have waited for replies to your post confirming or denying that which you have found. the only things that can kill you in offline are hunger, thirst, not sure about bots but in online there are bots so not sure if they appear in offline mode.
I need hunger and thirst trainer or else your be dead in 20 minutes. they do affect you in offline mode. also there might be barbed wire that you may not see and it can cut you resulting in blood loss or health reduction. limb full health also might be good to add as health damage ranges with different parts of the body.

In offline mode you can choose to have bots (scavs) and scav boss, I guess I can see the fun of using a trainer with all the nice options like unlimited health, ammo etc.. Just request a trainer here --> Link and the owners will decide if it's possible or not.
