what does it mean with Resource ID and add it, i dont understand, does it mean to maybe add like schnapps or bread or so ?

This is for your harbor so you can set a value to a specific resource. Select your harbor, pick the resource ID you would like to edit for example bread and then change the value.

solved it, but i see some of the DLC stuff are missing, like helium and some more just saying , if its possible to add that too ?

Put that into your ship slot and then tell me the raw ID of these items (displayed in editor options). Or after you put that into your ship slots you can also edit the values there and move it back to your harbor.
