I seem to be experiencing an issue with the No Mans Sky trainer on the visions patch. It appears that using the current trainer messes up the inventory and any time you try to discard an item it sets all your items to 200 and you cant get rid of anything. please help

That happens if you leave on Numpad / Unl. Ammo, and Numpad * Max Resources. You have to use them then turn them back off.
The Max Resources either gives you a huge number or the 200 which is why it's called Max Resources. Turn off Numpad / and you'll be able to delete items you don't want.
