For the Gamer Editor options, Click on a gamer who is training, then note the values, then use the editor to change them.
Unlimited Money:
Toggle on and you have plenty. Best to toggle on before loading or quitting.
Unlimited Organizational Points:
Toggle on and you have plenty. Best to toggle on before loading or quitting.
Unlimited Guide Points:
Toggle on and you have plenty. Best to toggle on before loading or quitting.
Unlimited Manager Points:
Toggle on and you have plenty. Best to toggle on before loading or quitting.
Freeze Time of Day:
Toggle on and the game remains at the current time, allowing you to do more things before the day is over.
Easy XP Gain:
Toggle on and the XP gained is larger each time it's gained.
Fast Level Up:
Toggle on and the timers for gaining XP and leveling up are much faster.
Super Team:
Toggle this on and your team has maximum of all resources (i.e Money, Points, etc.) The best time to use this is to toggle on at main menu, then load the game, then once you are in the game, toggle back off. You can likely do this and not need to use all the other Team options.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode

HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.

How do I get the fast level up part to work out of curiosity?
Toggle it on, check the players and you see they are levelling up quickly (i.e. their XP is super fast)
