I get the message that this application requires .NET Core 2.2 Runtime of higher which is not installed.. Yet it is.. and Microsoft has verified.

You need BOTH .NET Framework and .NET Core runtimes for the trainer to work. Reinstall if you already have them installed.
if trainer is updated, I hope that 'Invisible To Brian Irons' will be added.
in Claire part, That Sherry avoids Brian Irons is too difficult.
I had mentioned this before on pg. 33 but Blacksky003 suggested that I use the inventory editor to add the orphanage key (OK) after getting out of the room. By that I mean Sherry's room.
I reloaded the save in the Director's room (before the 1st cutscene with Irons which triggers after Sherry tried to grab the OK from a wall), used the editor, added the OK to my inventory, went out of the room to the front door, unlocked it, and went back to the Director's room. The game will treat it as if you completed the chase segment and the relevant cutscene will trigger.
Note: If you do this, once you have shifted control back to Claire, and when you go to the orphanage, you will see an item grab prompt at the where the OK is supposed to be in Sherry's segment earlier. If you used the editor like I did, you'll have bypassed this prompt so DO NOT interact with the prompt. If you do, the game will freeze and you'll have to CtrlAltDel & force terminate the game.

Wizard,
Having used this trainer the past two weeks now I felt I needed to post. You and your team, as always, have done a phenominal job with this. The sheer amount of options and flexiblity is amazing. Thank you all for the hard work you put into these programs.
A fantastic game made even better by having all these options. Thanks again.
Thanks for your kind words!
best,
Cal
