is there an easier way to get to special cargos because it tells me where it is and I am over the other side of the usa please help me out

It all comes down to being in the right place at the right time- you may want to try waiting around the nearest city after an offer expires and see if it comes to the city your in.

thanks alot but before all of the special cargos kept were in pitsburgh so I picked one up and delevered it to seatle then it said there was one in new york maybe some day youl be lucky like that

I get the same luck you do. And then I waited around for almost a day trying to see if another would come up and it never did so it I ain't gonna screw with it.
