ok, it seems that trainer works with English version, other language version might find options not working.
Should had check this before i file request on trainer update.
Its weird tho, did not experiencing this sort of problem with other games and trainers.

Is that a new version of the trainer or just an acknowledgement that it work on Epic Store also?

It seems that set options are not working on epic store i have tried to set scrap/artifiact/medkits/weapon parts and they seem to not work as they never increased even though i hear trainer activated with the key are pressed or i cliked on the activiate button

I cant sim to get infinite health and movement to work, everything els woork fime, i did what the trainer say, am I doing something wroung??

rebooting my pc fixed my issue i guess maybe because i am running experimental version of windows 10 when i turned off dev build of windows and rebooted it worked fine

If you are using the Epic Games version, try the previous release of the trainer (30 July). It seems to work just fine, at least so far...
