if you want alot of scraps then you cant load or do much except finding scraps and using cosmos to do the search i did a 4byte search and found the scraps gave myself an giant amount of scraps so it is doable you just cant change your location if your at the outpost you have to stay there and you cant load the game as that will change the location of the scraps to some degree.

I tried to do the scrap while in the menu of ira's shop got it down to 4 id's but when i changed the amounts they would never change and always stayed the same i did not try it while say inside of a zone, find scrap and repeat because my game kept locking up or crashing. weapon parts was easy inside of the weapon upgrade shop, med kits i did while in ira's shop i had 1 scrap left when i finished lulz
