I apologize in advance since I have sent similar requests through various means before starting this thread,
I would like to cancel my recurring monthly subscription. I wanted to try out the trainers for a month only to test the waters, so to speak. I paid the monthly subscription with a VISA debit card, and had sent a request to cancel the auto-payment via the "Cheat Happens Support" tab. I later received an email indicating that my ticket has been created though I am nervous on what to expect. When do people usually receive confirmation back via email that their recurring payment has been cancelled?
I would like to add in that I am very pleased and impressed with this site's professionalism and working trainers. I plan on frequenting this website in the foreseeable future.
