But it isn't an MMO though. They even said it wasn't lol. I just hit Level 50 while playing completely solo. Also you CAN'T pvp in this game if the other person doesn't want to PVP with you. You do so little damage, it's basically considered slap damage. There's no griefing and other stuff really. It's mostly just an online co-op game that be played solo at this point.

That's false. I was in pacifist mode and some other guy the same level came up and killed me while I was in my team mates camp. Yet I couldn't damage him until I went into the menu and turned it off.
So either he was doing something I didn't know about or something was going on with the server that allowed him to kill me.
It's not false information. Fallout 76 isn't classified as an MMO FPS. It's classified as a Online Cooperative FPS game that has multiplayer built into it, that you yourself have the choice to partake in or not. But the game is also playable ENTIRELY solo. Which I've done without engaging with a single player the entire time I've been playing since Beta all the way until the max level of 50.
Here are two credible sources on that very matter: www.facebook.com/pcgamermagazine/videos/fallout-76-isnt-an-mmo/989899607868535/ fandom.wikia.com/articles/fallout-76-isnt-an-mmo-and-thats-great-for-roleplayers
Pacifist mode DOES not make it so other players can't kill you, it makes it so you can't damage them. Otherwise, when players are hitting you. You are taking next to no damage at all. Honestly, a person would be wasting RESOURCES on just trying to kill you for no reason at all. They'll run out of ammo, weapons will degrade and break. It just isn't worth it for them to only do 5% of damage to you.
If you somehow get killed while being in pacifist mode. Then obviously you did something wrong. Also, the damage reduction also applies when you're out of pacifist mode as well.
A little bit of research will tell you that if you don't want to PVP, you don't have to. The other person will just be wasting his time trying to PVP with you.
Other than that. Like I said. The game is playable completely solo if you choose to do so, as it is a fallout game at its core.
Anyways, it sounds like most of everything is tied to the server according to PWizard, so editing your stuff locally wouldn't make much of a difference as it won't stick. Tbh the only way around this is if you're knowledgeable of Wireshark and can loop your packets for when you use a stim pack and essentially give yourself god mode that way. Which does work.
If you want something to make the game easier for lockpicking here you go: www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/24
Anyways, again. I'll stand by the staff decision on what they choose to do with this game. I'm just here to provide the correct info is all.
Thanks.
All packets are encrypted, even if you chose right packet to loop, server will not apply it and return error. And there are 0,0001% chance that anyone will got decryption keys. But i remember some time ago microsoft “lost” their xbox server keys, that was fixed wery fast, epic fail.
Gameplay Packets are under unencrypted UDP. You can essentially have god-mode and walk through stuff.
