OVERKILL´s Walking Dead Message Board  

Hiya peep, just wanted to ask if this game is worth anything most the WD games are kinda crappy. So I never really payed any mind to this one. I would love to hear you're take on it, if you don't mind.

I watched a review for it. It is kind of hollow and the enemy AI is super dumb. Look up Salt Factory on Youtube. He explains what a mess that game is. Basically feels like an early access game that should not be $60 USD.

I suspect there is way to little content in this game for that pricetag. thats why i didn't buy it.

Personally, I'm absolutely loving it.

It's Payday 2 with new mechanics. If you didn't like Payday 2 you probably won't like this.

Buuut... it's a pretty great sneaky sneak co-op game depending on the level (like Payday you can choose which mission you want to run).

So far the story isn't half bad and you unlock the missions in order. The characters feel pretty good and the melee combat is really satisfying.

I can appreciate why people don't like the game, but it's really fun being able to use the walkers against the human enemies or escape the horde during a massive firefight.

Apparently, the initial cost is also a season pass for the incoming DLC so it might be "worth" the investment.

I was about to refund it when i realised that i already played 5 hours. It's not even that bad, my mates just don't want to play it.

The game it self is not worth 60 Dollars.

But the content is.

As someone states above look up Salt factory and you will see a person who only spend around 30-60 mins in the game not even knowing what he was suppost to do because he couldnt be arsed to read the freaking quests.

If you know what PD2 is. You WILL love this game. im at almost 32 hours in it after spending a 24 hour stream the day it released. havnt seen any bugs as of right now.

Eventho some things can be drawn out in a long week cooldown and others in daily cooldown which i think should be based on the days gone past or just hours.

The Devs are all open to suggestions to the game to make it better and they really do listen. its amazing!
