Hello. I was the one who initially asked for the ability to deplete Sanity. First of all, thanks for adding it to the trainer. However, I'm afraid that it isn't quite working for me. While the Sanity description does change to match the level selected, the in-game indicator symbol doesn't. And while that might just be an inconsequential UI bug, that doesn't seem to be the case. During the first instance of Sanity-based dialogue option in the game, even though I tried fiddling with the option and restarting, turning it on both before and during the cutscene, I was not able to select the option, being told that my Sanity was too high.
I have attached a save file to this comment. When it starts, just go forward, past the doctor cutscene, go out the door and continue on (it's incredibly linear at this point) until you pick up a lantern in a cutscene, which should initiate a cutscene with a woman in a straight jacket who you'll get the option to talk to. The dialogue option in the top-right is the Sanity based one.
If the attach option doesn't work for the save file, then here is a Google drive link -
LinkAnd this is the game's save location : C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CallOfCthulhu\Saved\SaveGames
