Probably because this garbagio has updated 200 times since we posted last trainer, including at least 4 times already this month. Almost nobody is playing this game, and work we put towards it is likely to be wasted as it will patch again within days..

You can see even with your request, nobody else is even playing this game any more to request with you.

Still patching as if it's in early access.

5 patches in April 2024 alone.

game ON HOLD until it doesn't patch for a month.

You can use steam console and do google search to look up how to run older versions of game and use our trainers that already work for older versions.

Is it possible to release a trainer for version 1.6.14 of the game given that it is one of the roll back options.
I tried the trainer for v1.6.15 of the game and unfortunately a number of the trainer options did not work.
I agree that the game has too many update patches to keep up with the latest game version, but hopefully releasing a trainer for an earlier version will provide some stability and longevity of the trainer.
