I think the reason 4 and 5 don't work that well is because when I'm in a public game its all messed up but private works all the time no reload and unlimited ammo
This is an OffLine only trainer...i.e. private session with you hosting. It's hard to change the values of anything if you are not the one hosting the game..ahahah

Ok so the trainer during the non defense missions like the mnission where you have to get the water filter doesn't work 100% the health doesn't work the silencer works and the unlimited ammo works but the health and stamina does not. Also, if you die and try to enable health again or any of the functions the game crashes. Just an FYI.

Yeap that's the one I was referring to above...it was hell and high water that the health and speed didn't work...
Same for the Radio mission. The ammo is unlimited but the health and stamina is not

So it seems that the Health and Speed options are not working in a few missions like Hell and High Water and Radio missions. I am not sure if any other missions are affected at the moment.
