You can upload the CoSMOS file yourself on the CoSMOS message board.

@dasparado: Try again, if it still doesn't work use a different browser or/and deactivate your AV. Sometimes browser/AV is deleting trainers inside the downloaded archives.

Not sure why but some here like to keep it a secret for no reason I guess. The process is ASPv3-Win64-Shipping it has the Unreal logo on it, do not use the SpaceBourne process for COSMOS.
