To be honest I am not worried about the credits. The only thing I was looking for was a timer option but I bet that is definitely server side.

I purchased this for credit function I have tried every solution in every message. It is not working.. I am very angry, as it looks like I got absolutely nothing for the money I spent...

Got a ban in early November. Above excerpt from the support agent response. On the new xbox acc there is also no access to online features, even after reinstalling the OS.

If you see my previous post I have the same issue as others with the potential HWID ban.
I have no ban emails or ingame messages but I cannot access auction house, and online play.

I have paid for software that changes HWID’s on drives and I have reinstalled my OS with a complete different win 10 key. I don’t think the ban is on our side, Teredo tunneling adapter is up and running and connected but still no access outside.

Can anyone confirm how to find out if HWID bans are a thing?

When I got banned, I received an in-game message that my gamertag was blocked for 30 years. Then after a while the message disappeared by itself, the ban remained. In parallel, I wrote in support to find out the details, and only 12 days later I received the answer, an excerpt from which I copied above. After blocking, I created a new xbox account, and tried to play online on it, but it didn't work out, just reinstalling the OS didn't help me, although I didn't use the software to change the id components. MB flashing the motherboard will solve the problem, but I'm too lazy to do it if I am not sure that it will help.
