For me doing a quick save and load after I alter the stats worked. It still froze when I tried to go back into the inventory after a few tries but I was able to load the quick save after that and then create a save with the stats edited with no issues. This was at the very start with just my main character in the group after the first scene now I have two party members and no crashes.

My bad get it working know that's what you get for not reading the readme file but could you add a set exp to it lets say you are level 20 if you lower it to level 19 you get to keep the feats you get at level 20

then SAVE the game, then LOAD the save and the values are locked.
I understand what you are saying in the readme but as soon as I press the button the game crashes I can't even get to the save screen

Also have had the crashing happen. Found a solution for the attributes though from the CoSMOS forums. Opened up the save file (C:\Users\${YourUser}\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Saved Games) using 7zip. Went to the file called party.json and edited with notepad. Searched for each attribute by name then went to the part next to it that says "m_BaseValue":10 and edited it to what I want. Saved file then reloaded game. Changes took place. Can go through for everyone in the party too.

For those people who have been experiencing crashes, I think it's because the game can't handle attribute values that are too high. I didn't have a problem using 30 for all stats but 40 tends to cause a crash.

Hi same issue with me, crashing as soon as any of the options 2-7 are used. I have tried everything suggested including saving and reloading and only using small increases in stats(20)


Oddly the first time I tried it early this morning it worked fine. Since trying to restart with new character is when the issue started.

I have an attribute problem too... following all instructions, and trying to use the the 2-7 after Numlock 1,, but no effect. not even after the saving and loading.

This worked for me, but I altered it a little. I did a quicksave after changing all the stats and then loaded the quicksave, after loading the quicksave I made a manual save and then went to main menu and loaded the manual save. It did not freeze or crash this time and the stats are locked in place. Thanks for the tip.
