Maybe its just cause I'm new to the trainer game but, how does this exactly work? I load it at the main menu (new/continue), I wait till I hear trainer activated. I have them both running as Admin and when I try to use the scrolls or money nothing is added. Ty for taking your time in helping me!

The instructions in the readme say:

Numpad 7: 9 Scrolls - toggle this on then go to the store and toggle this
on then click Scroll Appraisal. If you already have a scroll, this
will give you 99 of them. Likely the value will show 0. Next,
toggle this back off, then leave the appraisal section, then come
back to it and you will then have 99.

Make sure to follow the directions given as some options require you to do certain things or be in a certain part of the game. %99 of the time it's usually just press a button but this title needs a little extra for things to work.

Please read the readme, how to use those option are in there. Not sure about money since I never use it.
But the readme said:
"Numpad 6: Set RYO - enter the STORE then press this to give yourself the amount shown in the trainer.
You may have to leave the store and come back to see it has changed.
You may need to sell something or buy something to lock the amount to your account."

For the scrolls, it's tricky but it's work, as readme said:

For scrolls, activate trainer, talk to Yukarin, check the scrolls, leave Yukarin, deactivate, talk to Yukarin again. Only Plain, Quality, Kakashi scrolls will be added. (I think Cal haven't found a way for Valuable & Esoteric yet).

Valuable and Esoteric have been working with me so far. What happens with me is that basic to esoteric I get 9 of each then the kakashi scrolls are randoms. I get like 18/27/54 scrolls of kakashi.

The trainer have also changed my player card which showed me rank S1 with 500'000 points. So I assume this comes from the Ryo part of trainer.

Did you play normally until you get both of them once in the normal way? That may be the cause that the cheat not work for me.

this happens which pretty much renders 9 scrolls useless.....

(for kakashi scrollsonly ive noticed , havent tried esoteric yet)

I cant play with friends only why is tht I even have cheats off and still cant play
