😭
This is one of those games I wish I had done a review on before people voted for a trainer. I somehow overlooked this game and hopefully I'm not to late posting this article. Far as I have been able to see, this game may actually be a fake, though if anyone actually paid the $50 fee for it and can fill in the blanks, I would very much appreciate it. I'm not about to pay the $50 to verify it myself because from what I heard so far, Steam has not given refunds what so ever on this title. This is what I know so far and what I have been able to verify:
After Reset has been reported in reviews as a fake, and highly in the negatives as well, yet people I guess who are not experienced in Steams rating system, still buy the title. One thing I dislike more than anything with the ratings system, is a bunch of trolls posting a title is fake or abandoned and have enough followers to repost the same thing. After I picked up on this last year, I started reading the discussions section as well which pained a totally different picture and had gotten the negatives to be taken over by true positive reviews. Its the fake reviews that I hate myself for spreading false rumors, so do a LOT more digging for verification, which includes taking a game apart to see how it ticks and what is actually there. This review here, I have not bought the game as I stated above. I refuse to pay $50 for a title I know I will not get refunded. So again, here is more of what I found.
Reviews on Steam state the game is not a game yet, and has been reported as only having a character creating screen, and a book written that is sold separately? What I have seen myself and as those of you who know me, will give a negative review to any seller, regardless of how great a game is, if they delete people posts that show not to be trolling, or to hide real issues. This game has proven to me the seller is hiding something. Every post that has nor been a flamer, that asks about why the game is being sold incomplete, has resulted in the posts deletion, and the asker permanently banned from the discussions section. A post I did last year was deleted, but I gather not enough to get me banned from the section, but still, it made me put the title on non interested so it no longer showed up on any of my suggestions. I have never seen this game on sale, and not seen any game play or screenshots of it. The game at one time used to show up on similar suggestions on Realms Of Magic store page and CREA store page down the middle where similar games are suggested. Not sure why its being suggested in the sandbox type games, as nowhere on the internet have I found anything that has pointed to this game as being like Terraria, CREA, Realms Of Magic block builder sandbox.
What I did find out is many backers have paid out over $200,000 to get this game completed several years back. Yes, that's right, 200k in US funds. The complaints are from backers, people who have paid money in hopes the game gets published and are the only ones who can post as we all know, so no fakes can log in and post just for the heck of it, they would have had to pay real money in order to post a review. Similar to Steams games reviews. What the reviews state, and I have verified as well, is that the person who owns the title, has been listing, and relisting the same game under different names over the years and has managed to amass over 200k combined in both contributions, and false sales of a completed game in Steams store.
Again, if anyone has paid for this game and can shed more light, screenshots, videos, please let me know so I can update this post. For now, please don't be taken for the $50 game that's no where near being completed, and if you did buy it and can verify as well the game is a fake, let the Trainer crew know so they don't waste their time over a title that's never going to get completed from what many have said.
Take care, and until next time.
