what "work folder" are you talking about. i put the trainer(madden nfl 19) as well as the cheat happen manager file in the live scanning exlusion folder of my mcafee antivirus, but the trainer still dissapeares after a few seconds.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work is the folder you should add to exclusions as well. Also is there any advanced threat or live scanning part of the anti-virus or a browser component where you need to whitelist www.cheathappens.com so the trainer can authenticate with our server?

I posted the work folder it's the file .dll correct. cause in the work folder there's ch.dll file and other stuff as well. it wouldn't let me add just the work folder I had to go into the folder and select one. so I selected the ch.dll folder which is the correct one I'm assuming...

I don't see any threats on my computer if that's what you mean. I have the madden 19 trainer up know to see if it will stay for more thane a few seconds then disappear. it is holding up well even with live scanning turned on. hopefully adding that file to exclusion fixed it. so every time I download a trainer I have to add it to exclusion so they won't vanish and then I have to redownload?

ch.dll shows up there and in the temp folder, now that it is excluded you should be good to go.

are other ones you could add as well, should cover almost every trainer on the site.

I don't have AppData folder, for some reason.

Go to C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE then in the window you will see "VIEW" near upper left, click that and then look for a check box beside HIDDEN ITEMS and make sure it is checked off.

That's fine if you can't add them manually, just listed them as a just in case they ever come up and get flagged by your anti-virus when using any of our other trainers. Good to hold onto
