Can you play this game completely offline?

well i just noticed u cant play it without net but ive used cosmos on it every time only on single player never do i use online ...ive never been banned or anything like that on this game the address works for only one level but sometime i can use it on others most of the time after a level the address changes and the whole game has to be reset to use cosmos again.

What you describe about using CoSMOS on the game is very likely because most/all stats and values are stored server side and are synced after each game online hence why they change every time after each game.
