For what it's worth, I would just like to echo this. I know it's been some time, but I too would be very appreciative for an update to the editor as well.

I ended up coming back to this game after a friend decided to run a new campaign. I started a single-player game just to mess around and try some different options than I had previously. Having more direct control over the character and the inventory would be nice to have again, if at all possible.

Anyone know if a version of the savegame editor for the definitive edition is comming ?

I echo the requests for a new save editor. The current one crashes one I try to open a save.

Save editors are the best things for RPGs. If possible, CH would do a great service to focus on them, or stimulate its production and updating.

I myself prefer a savegame editor because I like doing things that are not +infinity.

I want to be able to add a few points, double the stack size of a couple of things, etc.

Has the Save Editor been fix yet to work with the latest steam version?

For those interested, and I hope to get some support from all you others out there who love this game, I'm requesting an update to the SaveGame Editor to DOS2 DE 3.6.64.2709 besause that SaveGame Editor can edit items in the backpack in a way that other trainers & editors cannot. I think this is a worthy cause & I hope the CH crew has the time & resources to investgate this.

Any news for a new version of the SaveGame Editor for the Divine Edition ?
