"waiting for the trainer too" <--
This is not helpful as we know that everyone is waiting on a trainer. All it does it take time away from making a trainer as we have to keep reading the trainer thread in hopes that it might actually contain something useful like savegames that are further into the game, a list of requested options, etc.
Hey man, I'm not sure which one is the save game. I have unlocked the second island mission and this is the files in the MainGame folder. Hope it can help you guys in creating the trainer.

Yep, Money and Faster Research, expeditions and Incubation if at all possible
Also, it the save game is named something along the lines of - NAMEEXAMPLE-CODE.career - The save game is located in (At least on my computer):
C:\Users\USER\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution\76561198037262066\Saves
