Until trainer comes out I am doing my usual Cosmos memory edit tinkering.

This is thankfully yet another easy game to track stuff.

4 byte search for xp (careful with this though, since I seemed to have nerfed my level progression, perhaps giving yourself too much harms your level from raising. I may need to set it back down to zero to level up normally, then bump it up temporarily while I add skills, then reduce it back to where it was to level? not sure yet on this still testing any info on this will be helpful)

4 byte search for shillings (setting it at 9,999,999, no issues thus far as I can buy and sell without problems)

4 byte search for crafting ingredients (settings all my stuff at 99,999... wait until you get to a trader then you can buy and sell back the same goods... makes it easy to find the value)

I have not messed around with health yet, however I am sure it's like all basic games just a simple unknown value float search... take some damage then search for reduced value, heal up and search for higher, take damage and search for lower, etc etc until you find it, set it to a higher number lock it from lowering (with checkmark).

for the xp i tried various amount and every time i change the amount of xp i have even by only 10 xp as soon as i go and purchase/upgrade skills my level reset back to 1 and remainded there no matter what. i am a novice at playing with cosmo and other program like that so i dont know how to get around the code that cause that. anyway every attempt to change xp value ended up in failure that resulted in my level being reseted AND stuck at lvl 1.

Yea I am noticing same issue, it's definitely some type of possible anti cheat thing.

What may be required is isolating the level 1st, then you can do the skill cheats after.

set and lock level to max, then set your xp high enough to buy all the skills and it will keep your level locked.

your probably right but as i said i am able to do simple stuff with cosmo but as soon as i have to use float and other stuff than 4 byte exact value im lost...... like REALLY lost. but for me i will have to wait for a trainer. i know the guys from CH are the best so i will wait for them to work there miracle for us!!!!

I am having the same issue. I actually went pretty far into the game already and now I have hours wasted due to this which sucks. What I also do not like is there is not save files on a particular campaign. If there was, I wouldn't be stuck and would not want to play those chapters again 😭

For those having issues with level prog here's a little hint
give yourself the XP you need then if it resets simply find a skill(s) you have not yet purchased and unlock those slowly. You may have to fool around a bit but I managed to get myself to level 41 through tweaking.
