I dunno if anyone else is having the same problem as me, but one of the features that turns on makes it so I can no longer use toolkits on vehicles, everything else seems to be working just dandy though

Yes its the easy crafting option. Just turn the option off when not needed.

Is there anyway to increase the # of survivors past the soft cap of 9. so far i have 10, so one has one of the traits. wish it was an option

the max survivors i had was 14. but i think it was a bug regarding a recruit mission that shouldnt spawn. Easiest way to get 11 survivors is to have 8 of them and then just wait for a mission spawn that lets you recruit 3 of them at the same time. The game is set in a way that when you have 9 survivors the game stops spawning recruit missions. I was able to get them to 14 before the game started patching and now i cant anymore so i guess they patched it.

The health options also make the other human factions invincible, so if you want to take down an hostile faction you can't, you are stuck in an infinite combat loop.
