Notes

Change Money:
Open your tablet and click on store. Press hotkey or change money using the editor. You must buy something before you see it has changed.

Change Perk Points:
Open your tablet and click on 'Perks', switch to the perk and press hotkey or use editor. Close tablet and open it again to see changes.

Infinite Paint On Painter:
While active you don't need to refill your painter.

Money:
Value is different from what you see ingame but it still changes your money. You need to get / spend money after editing before you see changes ingame.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.


VR Mode
-------------------------------------------------------
HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.

Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.

Requirements:
Windows 10 v1603 64-Bit or later (32-Bit is NOT supported!)
.NET Core Runtime 3.1 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/3.1/runtime/desktop/x64 (if link doesn't work go to dot.net)
DirectX9 for controller support

In an effort to maintain the integrity of the files downloaded from

The trainer isn't working as I'm getting this error...

Information: 0 : House Flipper, Original, STEAM
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.0
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: HouseFlipper
Information: 0 : Successfully attached
Error: 0 : speed: Cannot find aob!

Delete trainer and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer in is folder excluded from virus scans.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin and try again.

If the game had an update then you will need to file a report.

I have same problem

done all the things with my Avast and delete/reboot etc. Still nothing.

The game has been updated. Updated trainer will be posted soon.

Clear old trainer data:
