UPDATE: 07.18.2019 - 1.6.2.1

Trainer updated which now requires additional 3rd party tools and special instructions in order to work. Video instructions here:

This is the procedure every time the game patches and there is a new trainer.
For Steam only
Run Steam
Right click game in Steam library
Click properties
Click local files
Click verify integrity of game files


Once done run game to make sure it runs without trainer without problems
Close the game

Download trainer
Run trainer

Select the root/installation directory of the game as instructed

Run Game from STEAM
Vermintide 2 Launcher runs
Make sure in SETTINGS that DirectX Version says DX11
Click Start Game
Game loads
Press F1 at the MAIN MENU to activate Trainer
