Awesome work as always and the alacrity with which it was produced is astounding.

I've found with the 1 turn construction option, it works perfectly as described when upgrading a building or when repairing, but it fails to work when you build the first level in a new build slot, and requires the prerequisite building time.

That was quick, thank you very much for the time and effort it takes to make these..

Caliber definitely deserves first pick of the office snacks. 😉
