I take it a trainer will be made for this game? I'm not asking for day one or anything but just che

As of right now, it seems to be Windows Store/XBOX1 exclusive, the dev's when asked about Steam via the stream was "we will see" but during a live demo there was an error that the game could not connect to Steam servers... So looks like Microsoft will have first crack at this one and eventually it may go to Steam as well. No way to tell what deals are in place on who gets to sell what right now, gotta luv those shady exclusivity contracts.

The 16 hours thing is for people who bought the ultimate edition version of the game they get a 4 day head start so they can launch it from the 18th

I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.

And I think the region thing is no longer an issue. Last I read, the release was changed to be 12 AM EST 5/18 for the ultimate edition and that it would be released everywhere at that time.

Don't know about that. According the the microsoft store the game unlocks for us at midnight here too, in 16hrs 20 mins here in SA. That is about 8 hours ahead of midnight EST. I suspect VPN unlock may very well work.

Well, I've just gifted the Ultimate Edition via PayPal so they should have access 18 May 00:00 - Woot!

Really excited to play this game. Played the original to death, and then went back through the YOSE edition with the trainer.

I'm getting good results with CoSMOS lately, so no rush 😀 😆

Unfortunately changing the region doesn't unlock the game, the release time is locked to your payment method region.

Yeah, so I assume you haven't actually tried this in America?

I used VPN
downloaded game (which took ages, since it was through VPN over the entire length of the globe)
ran game

Windows/game promptly reports:

"We know you really want to get started, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Check the store for the launch date."

so as it stands now we cannot work on this title until 12:00 am tonight, which is 10 hours away
