Is the CosMOS trainer hard to use in for this game?
I try to avoid using the trainers here that use CosMOS (I miss the old trainers like you saw in Total War) as it often requires you to edit things and requires you to start the trainer in a certain order making the entire process complicated defeating the purpose of the trainers.
Also CosMOS trainers sadly don't have all the cool options like the old trainers unless you use it for programming in which I am not a programmer and not good with code.
Before I start the game I am curious on how complicated CosMOS is with this game?
Does it smoothly like the old trainers which you press F1 to start anytime hit 1 through 10 and something awesome happens?
Or sadly like the newer versions where you must program and look up the hex value and add up a mathematical equation and discover the square root of some complicated equation and you must start the trainer only on a certain screen and then read through complicated code and inserting the right text to get something to work.
I'm not a fan of the Window 8 way or doing things where you have to do 50 tasks to do a process that used to take one or two clicks to complete a task.
There is no such thing as a "CoSMOS Trainer". CoSMOS is our free gamehacking tool (Link). This trainer uses our latest template just like every other game in the last year or more. If some are more complicated than others it's due to the game and all their anti-cheat BS, not us intentionally making it more difficult. So, please get your facts straight and if you want to know how to use the trainer, simply download and try it out.
I have added the excludings in my virus scanner (nod32) but still trainer is not loading up. I get the CH customized for screen but nothing startups after this.

Then something is still blocking the trainer. Have you looked up NOD's logs or the quarantine?
Are you using any other security software besides NOD32? Any real-time maintanence tools (ie CCleaner), real-time backup software, online banking software or add-ons, etc?

First time I've had this problem with any trainer and checking others that I have currently it only seems to be this one and wondering if others have the same issue on this trainer or on others.
Downloaded, unpacked, ran once no issues it now comes up with the following error:-
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I'm logged in on the admin account for my pc, ran with admin permissions, other trainers start fine as do other programs so it appears it is just this.
I have deleted and re-downloaded unpacked again and the same issue.

That appears to have fixed it thanks.... next time i'll read the troubleshooting instructions carefully
