I don't know if this is always the case but the first time I launched this game, it defaulted the game resolution to 4k. I have a 1080 monitor. The framerate was absolutely terrible. I wonder if that's what's happening in your case and your monitor just can't support that.
I started the game, pressed F1, heard "Please wait"... never heard "activated" trainermanager wrote in log:
"Information: 0 : Frostpunk, 1.0, STEAM/GOG
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.1
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Frostpunk
Error: 0 : Eine externe Komponente hat eine Ausnahme ausgelöst.

Never had such an error log.
Does someone know whats wrong ?? 🤔
Have you tried to launch our trainer with admin rights directly and not through the TM?
Do you have created the suggested scan exclusions in your security software? Does your Windows installation meet the trainer's requirements regarding .NET Framework and VC++ 2015 libraries? -> Please read the instructions about these.
just to note I think it was the instant research option but when I made a automation in the factory it made 300 or so "the number of steam cores I had" in the one production.
When making a Automaton there are three buttons on the UI, +, -, and a Infinite symbol which I believe uses all the cores you have. Be sure to just use the + icon on the UI to select the number you want.

everything is working fine. But there is a little Bug when activation instant reseach and reasearching faster grinding stuff, everything you grinding atm is instantly absorbed.

I have the same bug there. When I activate the instant research option, I'm grinding stuff (like coal or wood) instant. Instantly absorbed. 🤔
