I was wondering if someone have figured out how to clear the achievement lock for a save file for the latest version (0.16.36)? I've tried HxD, IDA Pro, etc. but I couldn't find the values to change the lock, so if anyone one who has, It'd be great if you could help me out. Advice or step-by-step guide.

I know that using commands would lock the achievements but I wasn't aware that using the screenshot command would also lock it. I also know that I can just use the trainer to catch-up to my current progress in a new save file but I've put ~30-40 hours into this game file.

I don't know if it works (Never tried it myself) but according to the game forums it should still work, just takes a little work.

I've already tried that exact thing but that's for version 0.15.x

I just spent a large post explaining how it all works but then my post got flagged by cheathappens' anti tamper system or whatever and it removed my entire post. Thank you cheathappens. I'll simply leave you with a picture for factorio 1.0 because I can't be arsed writing a large post again in vain to get it flagged again.

Shame on you PWizard for discouraging proper analysis.

Sorry, but if we weren't attacked over 500,000 times per day by people looking for every possible security hole in the known universe then we wouldn't have to keep security so high. Maybe if Razer had theirs turned on then your personal information wouldn't be floating around in the open web as we speak.

The problem is that it just didn't allow me to edit the post or tell me what parts were getting flagged. All I could do was start from scratch again unless I knew beforehand that I should CTRL-C my post. There are also alternative options such as flagging a post for moderation before it becomes publicly viewable; this would furthermore be even easier if you only allow verified/old/paid members' posts to flag for moderation for less workload.

Also it seems "rough around the edges" for flagging a post like mine, which only had a few links (to factorio's own forum and imgur for screenshots).
