All 3 endings end in a WW3, listen to the radio, at the end DC is being evacuated and there is a global unrest and missing nukes. SO the end is neigh regardless.

The endings are kind of stupid each in their own way. You should be able to kill them all and end the conflict. But I guess that's not in the political message it was sending. (That a group of "fringe" "harmless" cultists could take over the world and worm their way into government etc.)

I am allowed to say it was really, really bad. all that gameplay for nothing. Like u fix up a house, then few days later some one comes & knocks it.there is no replay value now when you know how crap it ends.

    I disagree completely.

Sure the game itself has no replay value in terms of it not having NG+ mode. Plus the fact the entire game turns into a ghost town post ending also sucks but why not ignore the story? I also didn't like the story nor the ending but i did enjoy the gameplay a lot killing cultists and helping the resistance.

If you enjoy that but like me hated the story you can still enjoy 2 regions full of enemies after their respective heralds are killed. John's and Jacob's.

How? After you kill either of them the region is NOT considered liberated and still has tons of enemies popping up everywhere. Simply ignore the following "go to their bunker" mission and proceed as if nothing happened. Once you get far enough, Dutch will warn you (only once) that people in the bunker need your help and stuff but it doesn't force you to go.

So as long as you don't get too close to the bunker (i think it could possibly lock you into a mission area but not sure) you're free to roam the entire region FULL of enemies everywhere. All random events still happen. Expect the chosen planes no longer appear unless you see on screen "the spotter has called in HEAVY reinforcements" then there's a chance a chosen plane will spawn to hunt you.

I don't think the same can be done to Faith's region as after you kill her you're automatically spawned inside her bliss bunker with no escape.

So like i said, while i also hated the story and the ending i still have fun playing FC5, maybe one day ubisoft will hear the fans and give us that juicy NG+
