This is going to be my FINAL version for cheats for this game, a few new but VERY useful and interesting cheats and tweaks. These are also working on the latest Rage with 64bit exe called Rage Collector's Edition or Complete.

The new cheats and tweaks(The effects stays until you exit the game but I have a solution, read below in the Suggestions)

1)Tweaks:

g_knockback 0 = By turning the value to zero, you will no longer get pushed back by any attack.

g_weaponkick 0 = By turning the value to zero, you will no longer suffer recoil, shaking or kicking from the weapons you use. This makes the Sawed-off Shotgun with Pulse Shells and Pop Rockets to shoot 2 shells in 1 line.

view_damageBlur 0 = Even if you are in God mode you will still suffer some kind of a blur when you get hit by melee weapons. This disable it.

view_doubleVision 0 = Even if you are in God mode you will still suffer some kind of a double vision when you get hit by melee weapons. This disable it.

g_weaponSpreadScale 0 = Ever wanted to have PERFECT accuracy with ALL the weapons ? (the only downside is the Buckshot shells that shoot like 1 slug)

pm_sprintMaxTime 99999 = Never get tired of running.

view_kickAmplitude_min 0 - When you get hit by melee or guns, you get shaken slightly. This tweak disables it.
