yes in Steam/steamapps/common/FarCry5/bin/FarCry5.exe does exist. During the period of time before trainer says the message "Trainer cannot find game", and after clicking on popup, it appears within Steam, that the game is running; yet when trainer fails with message, Steam shows no activity. Going to run task manager and see where the disconnects happen.
** FarCry5.exe doesn't ever show up in task manager as running throughout whole process; it does show in Steam window that it is running though.

can you close uplay, close steam, restart your computer, then:
launch the game NORMALLY using steam after reboot
select QUIT TO DESKTOP to end the game
Leave Uplay and Steam on, then run the trainer and try again
If you used other people's hacks or files, then there may be residual stuff left over that is making the trainer not work, so integrity check is important in that case.
best,
Cal
Just wanted to say thanks. It was not working in V1 but V2 works now! This is how i tried to make it that my trainer found the game:
I maked it sure that my avira was disabled after reboot and then installed the V2. Now I closed steam and uplay and started the trainer first and selected only the game dir with F2 and closed the trainer again. Now I've started the game without the trainer and closed the game after intro. Now I opened the trainer as admin (F5.exe aswell) and pressed F1 and it worked!
Can confirm this does work! Tried all options in game and they're working as expected.
Seems the best way to use the trainer then is;
Start trainer > F2 > Find game dir > Close trainer
Run game > Close after intro
Run trainer as admin > F1
Thanks to both CH and matshek for getting this trainer working 😀

Hey Cal,
Is this trainer going to be a nightmare to update? Do you need vodka?
Send 2 cases to be safe

Sadly, I could not get this method to work for me. Now I am no longer getting the pop-up from Steam asking if I want to run the game with the command line changes.
