"Wings of Freedom Badge" easy to find "2 bytes" value. (Max is 99)
maximum skill points is 200. you need cheat to "force equip skill" (like 880 / 200)

Since this was a weird release for the expansion, will this update through this title, or will I need to fund this as a new game through the request option?

The expansion broke about 80% of trainer options completely. I basically have to rewrite it from scratch, playing the game, gathering stuff, get to each location, rescan etc.
