Upon downloading any Trainer from CheatHappens, the Trainer will run perfectly for for 2-4 mins then close without warning or without an error.. ( If I can get the game running quick enough, the cheats will also work perfectly, before the Trainer closes)
Windows Defender will attempt will to stop the first time opening the program, but afterwards won't pipe in.
I do use Webroot Anti-Virus, however I deactivate it upon downloading and using the Trainers I have used other trainers to test if this happens to all (Ex: MrAnti Trainers) And it appears to only happen to CheatHappens. You guys and gals here make some awesome work with the trainers and I would like to make use of them.
Any help and suggestions would be appreciative.
Edit: Out of frustration I seem to have put this post in General rather than Problems. Sorry about that.

Please try either of these:
1 - Open Advanced Settings, select Scan Settings, uncheck Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications and Save this setting
or
2 - Disable Webroot's Realtime Shield completely prior to launch and while you use our traineers.
Advanced Settings -> select Shields - uncheck Check files for threats when written or modified.
Don't forget to enable it back again when you're done playing.
or
3 - Uninstall Webroot clean and complete and get something else (NOT McAfee!)
Good for health, bad for education.

Tested it out. Had 1 Trainer still downloaded for testing purposes.
Opened before your suggestion. Closes in under 3 minutes.
After your suggestion.... I lost track of time to be honest, but to my pleasant surprise, its still up!
Thank you so very much for the help you have provided.. I had unsubscribed fearing I would have no fix for my problem, but now I can happily resub and enjoy all the hard work put into these trainers!
Thank you again!
(I did Suggestion 1 & 2 together)

That's great news!
But as you have Webroot now stripped down bare I suggest to go with something else. Almost any major security software can do better than this (except McAfee and Bitdefender 2018).
