I tried the new trainer and it fails to activate every time.

Exactly the same issue here. (Steam version)

which broke the trainer already it seems.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Yeah, unfortunately, the same issue. I was worried about this when I saw a hotfix drop the same day as season 2 starting. Hopefully they won't go dropping 3 dozen more hotfixes in less than a week (a problem with a lot of games) since that just makes CH's job so much harder. I mean, I'm happy the devs are always looking out for little things and corrections to make, but still.

sorry lads , at this 2# updata , when i activate trainer ,the game will crash .
and some option like drill ammo will shut game and say "Cannot find aob for"originalcode_7421"

I am posting this just to see if anybody else is having the same thing as me so far. I activate the newest trainer at the main menu of this game and it crashes to desktop.

Me too, this new #2 version crash my game 10 times out of 10 times when I press F1 to activate the trainer.

I get this from DRG report. which I never send it in.

Just as the previous poster stated, trainer attempts to activate when prompted in-game and game instantly crashes and displays this error log:
