Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Message Board  

So, to anyone using this with the latest update as of today, have you tried the special maps with the horns on them ?
Does the trainer work with them?
I have not cheated in the game since the beta, when it crashed my game the same way it did in v1 when online but i wasnt online private only friends off.
I just need to get through the 2nd row 2 horns and the 3rd row 2 horns, and its tough beating the bosses by yourself.
Thanks for anyone who can answer this. And yes, I read the issues that can popup, thats why I am asking abouth these certain maps only, on recruit still.

I tried pretty much all the option here but it doesnt seem to work with the newer version of the trainers. it stopped working after 1.0.2 got released. i tried run previous version with the 1.0.4 one but still no luck

Hey, guys, I have had a lot of issues like many here but here is a loot die and it has increased my chances of getting the trainer to work, hope it works for you!

Delete debug Warhammer file and work folder from user\Cheathappens
Run trainer as admin
run game, ( optional verify dx11, it's not optional it has to be but checking is optional if you have started your game 200+ times like I have xD )
skip. skip skip, ( cutscenes )
Once at the main menu, and you can see your character, Press F1
look to the right and change your character,
once a character has been selected, enter your lobby
Enable your cheats

( Wizard seems to have a decent activation ratio for me, like ill launch elf nothing and then launch wizard and its good )

NOT using trainer of course, hard enough dealing with EAC without people using the trainer online, giving those dev's more ammo to shoot trainers down.

The trainer works fine if you follow the instructions.

Put it in the proper "work" folder.
Start it before the game.
Make sure the game is windowed and Dx 11
Then start the game
Wait until the menu
Activate the trainer
Profit.

EDIT: and even with private lobbies, as CyPHeR369 suggested, don't cheat with people. Makes the trainer less effective when it gets patched.

Why is it that the 1.0.2 trainer works in game for me, I can use all the cheat options.

But as soon as i try to use the 1.0.4.2 it wont work at all?

So a couple of difference I noticed.

1.0.2 gives me the following.
Attempting Injection-->39BC
Injection Failed. This may be normal in some applications.
However some applications this means the trainer is being blocked.

Trainer found Game, accessing gamespace memory of vermintide2.exe.
140000000:0:7FFC0DCE0000

However all the cheat options work perfectly fine for me. I can use unlimited hp, ammo and special recharge no problem.


This is what happens when I use 1.0.4.2

And that's as far as it goes. So I don't know how 1.0.2 works but 1.0.4.2 doesn't.
Any ideas? Tried as many methods I could find to get this to work correctly.

As long as you have a working one, I personally would not question it as you should never look a gift horse in the mouth. Then again, I don't know how your system is configured, nor have I starred into the jaws of a pony with a present.
