Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Message Board  

I mostly buy only games that work with CH trainers for offline play, and I am so glad I waited some days to buy Vermintide 2.
The EAC implementation made this game a mess, and beeing forced to install legal malware on computers to make this game working as intended is insane.
This game is advertised with "Single-player, Co-op, Online Co-op", so the mechanics of pulling/dragging your Single Player Game in online integrity checks is customer abuse imo.
You guys should start refund requests against Fatshark as their game description is just misleading.
Can you play this game OFFLINE? No? Well, where does it say that? Where can I find "permanent online status required to finish Solo Games"?

So many people here spammed the same questions, the CH team had to repeat their answers how to use the trainer like a dozen times.
Please use this energy and your anger against the devs of Vermintide 2 and their anti-customer-behaviour. Refund them, everyone of you, who thought we could play this game solo+offline for ourselves and explore.
Fatsharks are the only ones CHEATING here, unironically.

Ok first of two points, congrats to CH on getting this cheat work at all, and secondly

DO NOT USE IT

I used it in a private server game yesterday and it worked perfectly, getting the 'no loot' ending I expected from the instructions.

Now I cannot connect at all as my account is 'untrusted', effectively cutting me off from the mass of players, which was not something I'd understood from what I'd read, but that is on me, NOT on CH

No one else's fault but my own, the trainer does it what it says on the tin, but the EAC system as as brutal as it is sinister

For what its worth Cal, I think when you suggested that yu might remove the trainer altogether might be wise

There might be people around here who don't care about multiplayer at all and like to have a supported trainer for their single player games.

So asking for a retirement of this trainer is unwise to say the least.

great job with the trainer and bypassing eac you guys did a great job but honestly please discontinue this trainer as it causes more harm than good, by no means is this cheat happens fault.

love you guys for the work you do but this is just one of those games that are more headaches then its worth

after using the trainer in single player im now banned from the game due to being untrusted

Not the fault of CH, sure, everyone use at his own risks... but it would be nice to add in the notes of the trainer that it screw up the leveling (and that, whatever you say was not supposed to and could not be forseen by someone that read the trainer notes)... the character that level up that way do not unlock the item plans to be crafted.

But thanks anyway, the trainer is working well, but just with some secondary effect.

EDIT: I did not had any problem to play online games after though (maybe because I did only used the trainer 3 times).
