without getting into specifics, the trainer is allowing you to play the game with out EAC being active so that the trainer can access the game process and allow the options to work. Generally this is the steps to ensure the game works back to normal when you want to play the game online without cheats.

Run trainer
run game
F1 at main menu
play game with trainer options in private match.
and end of game, close game executable
once the game closes, then close the trainer, which tries to reset everything back to what it was.

you can also just run the trainer, then close it without running the game to try and do a reset. Make sure the trainer is in fact closed, then run the game again. If EasyAntiCheat.exe isn't running then the game will likely have the QUIT message at the end of the match. Also, if it won't reset, you might simply need to RESTART your computer (not shutdown, but RESTART).

EAC is not banning you due to this trainer. You would likely get a BANNED message somehow (no idea how, but likely a pop up in the game). This game has zero PVP components, and people can KICK you from the game, etc. I cannot 100% guarantee anything, but you playing PRIVATE match with bots has very little chance of being an issue for fatshark..

The last resort is just to uninstall and then reinstall EAC.

the trainer is allowing XP to be gained. I've tried several maps with the release version of the game and XP is being gained.

the game continues to place a SERVER ERROR window up that asks you to QUIT the game at the end of the missions. There are several postings telling you why this is occurring. EAC isn't communicating with the EAC server and thus, the server sends a error and the game chooses to solve this by asking you to quit. We have no solution to this, and this may never have a solution since it's script generated and server based situation.

This also means that at some point Fatshark may decide to remove EAC for offline play, or allow untrusted modded servers, or 1000 other things. They may also not even allow the game to run at all or have more server checks before the end of the game. Who knows. We have no control over this.

Again, we simply are trying to provide a service/program that allows people to enjoy the game ALONE in the way they like, where they may get to end game or content that they paid for but might not ever reach or cannot reach due to time constraints, physical disabilities, or 100 other reasons. Maybe you just WANT to play the game without dying 1000 times or with a group of complete newbs or people who grief or have no strategic or coop gameplay.. it's luck of the draw with MP servers sometimes.

I tested multiple times with all cheats enabled at the forge and never got crash or kicked. Not sure what the problem there is.

Last post about EAC, but I think at some point, this type of widespread thing being on many people's machines in many folders of many games on a platform such as steam, where the system driver and the technique that it uses is literally ring 0 kernel level hijacking your kernel operations like a malware rootkit, and doing things like preventing access to running processes, stripping handles off of the processes, blocking them from being reversed, etc.... well it's just a matter of time before some enterprising jerk hacker who has reversed how it works and etc decides that using EAC and it's supposed features intended for good purposes are placed into action on unsuspecting possibly millions of gamers who literally have no idea how this thing works, and hijack EAC to infect or otherwise malware up steam users in a massive way and make it such that EAC is being used to prevent the user from uninfecting or being unable to use standard techniques and tools to thwart these kinds of viruses and malware attacks. If we can't look at a running process on our own machine, can windows defender? Can avast? can Kaspersky? When your kernel is being hijacked by ring 0 kernel level system drivers, what exactly can your antivirus do for you after the fact? Plus the EAC system driver that is hijacking your system for EAC is SIGNED! So it might not even FLAG anything is wrong. I don't know. This seems kind of excessive for video games.. kind of like using c4 to kill roaches in the sink... yeah, they are dead, but maybe theres some things about the technique being used that we might want to consider.. I get it. People don't want cheaters in multiplayer games. We agree! Much of this can be fixed by server/client methods and also by allowing offline modes for those who want to play offline and alone, however they want, if you are offering that mode of play. In the end, EAC will be thwarted, and the truly gifted kernel level hackers are going to get around it, and nefarious ones may even use it for bad purposes. Usually it's the fair minded and legal playing user that gets hit with the repercussions of all these hand grenade techniques to stop cheaters that are becoming more and more common. Some people simply will find this game too hard, or will never complete all the content or see the cool stuff that the later parts of this game has, because they will burn out..

I also remind you that while you are playing the game with bots in Private match with unlimited health, you are basically guaranteed to finish the map, and that this will unlock the next map. I am not sure how many tries it would take to unlock some of these maps with others or later content, but there is no quicker way to progress the game to the later levels/missions and unlock them.. you also can take your time and learn the ins and outs of the maps, where stuff is located, the layout of the drops or items, and what sort of scripted events occur and how to deal with them. Another possibility for game magazine and reviewers, youtube walkthrough people, etc., who I KNOW use our trainers, is for them to be able to take pictures, get to areas of interest for walkthroughs or explain things for other gamers, and generally for informative sharing of things about the game. Hard to do that when you can die at any moment or you are worried about offending 3 other people who are there to play and not sightsee..
