The release seems close, so.. I can wait, personally, but I'd have to agree with my peers. Trainer doesn't work with this version whilst it worked with the others. The cat and mouse must be tiring for the Cheathappens staff, so I wouldn't have mind going one single day without the trainer, personally~

oh no, it's not a life or death ordeal, was just trying to pass on that trying everything, it won't necessarily work for everyone...the biggest problem I have is that with the EAC sub-folder was removed from the launcher folder, as well as the eac files in the launcher were changed (i.e. exe=ex_, dll=dl_) then when I launch the game, the trainer says trainer activated, but the game says that the game needs to be launched from steam...so that is where I am stuck, I was hoping that someone could give me a little try this option...but if nothing else, later on the trainer will work without a prob, so don't need a refund...

The option I described only involves moving the EasyAntiCheat folder to some place else. No renaming of any files.
But this doesn't solve the kicks/crashes at the end of a mission or probably not saving the progress or enable looting in the game (which I haven't tested).

And if there will be a trainer for this game which you can use like in Vermintide 1 is still in question and depends solely on the game devs - not us.

Unless the developers remove EAC checks ON THEIR SERVER you are never going to get rid of this, sorry. There is not trainer out there or mod that is going to allow this.

Regarding the trainer not working with latest release of BETA of this game.

We know the problem, are working on a solution, the developers may patch or change the game further before release tomorrow, we have no ETA, if we put out a trainer it will be at game release on March 8.

It's highly likely that end of the mission loot is decided and sent on a multiplayer server protected with anticheat, so we may not be able to prevent the Quit Game prompt at the end of missions, but you will still be able to gather XP.

We are also hoping the developers will allow an offline mode eventually like they did with Vermintide 1 or will allow people to use modded or UNTRUSTED servers. Right now that isn't possible due to the game calling the multiplayer, fatshark, EAC checked anti cheat server and not getting a proper return from the game, since we aren't allowing the game to have EAC running. If fatshark has made the loot ONLY from their online MP servers that are EAC anticheat, then you will never see a trainer that avoids the end of mission QUIT prompt. That's like trying to cheat your gold in an MMO. It's not possible to avoid.

I'm simply here to express my gratitude for all that the CH staff are doing to create a good working trainer for Vermintide 2. My gratitude of course, is directed primarily at Caliber; my appreciation is two fold; first for your conciliatory comments here, and secondly, for going the extra mile with this very challenging game!

And I had just grabbed the trainer last night, figuring I'd give it a try today. lol

Ah well, at least it's great to see you guys putting one out there.
Now if you could only add a modifier so that every run counts as if we have the tomes, grimoire and loot dice, that would be epic.
