As I already told you in our chat: This thread is full of suggestions which might solve your problem too. You just have to read it.

Don't feel bad, this version is as much a crapshoot as the last one. It may work or it may never work. Last one I tried worked maybe once in thirty tries. So it may work but you may also just never get it working.

I hope you got this working, only got two game updates until you need a lifetime membership to use this mod :/. If you haven't you can try my trainer auto-runner batch method in this thread [www.cheathappens.com/show_board2.asp?headID=138429&titleID=67588]p'>Link.
It contains a video walkthrough on how to set up a batch file to auto-run the trainer, but even if you don't want to do so, the video goes through the steps to start the trainer, so it should be helpful in that regard.

If you guys have issues with the trainer sometimes working and sometimes not, activate it before you get ingame, I activate mine generally as soon as the cutscene starts playing. Might help with consistency issues.

Hi guys, i am wondering has anyone else encountered this error "Game is already running. Closing game and trainer" I have searched through this thread and contacted support but no dice. Saw a couple posts about this by few members but the one member that solved it was via redownloading the trainer. I tried that and still got the same error.

I am posting here in hopes that someone found a solution. just fyi, i have tried every single possible solutions mentioned on this site and whatever i could think of. 😭

EDIT: Sorry, please ignore/delete this post. After searching through this thread again, came upon a post mentioning that the trainer should be in the work folder. moved the trainer there (was using a custom folder) and the trainer worked lol. I probably was overthinking this and forgot the most basic methods. 🤔

Found some people using the trainer in public lobbies when I was running normal games. Also stability patch is out.

Haven't tested if the trainer works or not. I've gotten the reds. I don't use it much anymore. But seriously... People who are idiots are still using it in public lobbies and they don't give a thing. If I EVER find any of you's in my lobby and you are using this trainer. I will just kick you, make the lobby private and just play with friends. Honestly. It's getting really stupid. I find it more funny than annoying.

Sorry for ranting. But I need to tell the staff. Please actually make it Lifetime Members Only. Reason I say that is because the Premium people are screwing it up for everybody who uses the trainer properly.

I agree - I only use this in private lobbies by myself and these idiots who are abusing this cheat are ruining it for the rest of us.

Please can this trainer be limited to lifetime members only. I know this is entirely selfish of me to request, but I just want to enjoy the game how I want to enjoy it and those who abuse it shouldn't have the right to use it anymore.

I tried to use the trainer after todays hotfix, and i got a message that says Vermintide 2 cannot be started due to an untrusted dinput8.dll file. It seems like Fatshark is trying to keep people from using the trainer. Does anyone agree?
Would be really sad if the ones who used it in public finally went too far.
