Gold:
Visit shop first, press hotkey. If you press it for the first time you will need to wait
for the 'Activated' sound, then press it again. Otherwise each press adds more.
Visit the shop again to see it has changed.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.


VR Mode
-------------------------------------------------------
- HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.

- Oculus Rift
The oculus rift does not have a desktop mode as of now. You have to use the keyboard or controller hotkeys instead.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I've tried activating the trainer at different times, in game with health/shield showing, at the main menu, world map, but I keep getting this error in the debug:

Information: 0 : Full Metal Furies, 1.0.3a, STEAM
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.2
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Brawler2D
Information: 0 : Successfully attached
Error: 0 : player: Cannot find aob!

what stands out to me is in the information, it says the trainer version is 1.2 in the debug, but in the top right it says "Full Metal Furies, 1.0.3a, STEAM" as expected. debug log aside, I still can't get this to activate properly.

Any ideas?

Delete all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90\

reboot PC and see if that helps.

You have to activate the STEAM trainer while you are ingame and your health etc is shown on the screen. Also make sure you are matching the dot net framework which, in cas you are not, is shown at the debug log.

The trainer version number is independent of the game version. It is only an indicator for us if people are using the latest trainer especially if a trainer got replaced for a hotfix.

Thanks CyPHeR369 and 0x90 for the suggestions, but sadly both attempts failed me.
Where is the debug log location? I didn't see it in any of the folders CyPHeR369 suggested I clear, or in the same directory of the executable. I also hit write to file within the trainer to see if maybe it would export more logs and information than what was shown to the user, like 0x90's suggestion of matching the .NET Framework version.
Because I couldn't find the debug log to match the version, I made sure I was up to date on v4.7.1 runtime, and hoped it would support older code if it's not using what's considered to be current. Still wouldn't run 🙁

The debug log is right next to the manually activation button on the trainer. After trainer activation has failed click on this button to see the log

The Hp gets set at 100. But you can still sort of 'die' if you take more than 100 damage in one hit. In single player the cheats do not carry over to the second character if you switch (and that's kinda necessary due to shielded enemies and stuff).

Is it possible to update that for a lil more quality of life?

Edit/Update: it also seems the trainer only works on the tank (blue girl)
